Our practitioners
The Sōhum Therapists
A note from our founder
"Forming this team has been one of the proudest things I've done as a founder and clinician."
Before I spoke with anyone about their clinical training or theoretical orientation, I asked them about their story and what drew them to this work. As a client, before you can gauge someone's clinical acumen, you first experience what it's like to just be with them. Clinical skill is essential, but without relational capacity it falls flat.
We are not just a group of colleagues; we are a community. That distinction is not incidental. It directly impacts the integrity of care our clients receive. Our clinicians are challenged in their thinking, supported in taking thoughtful risks, and engaged in ongoing dialogue with one another. That continued evolution is felt directly in the therapy room.
For all of us, being a therapist is not a job but a vocation. We are continually learning and deeply engaged in what we do. We offer a space that is warm yet rigorous, stimulating yet grounded, and imaginative yet disciplined. This creates conditions for change to take root and endure. It allows possibilities that may have once felt unattainable to come into reach.
